When new ceramic tile was installed on our bathroom floor, some of the mastic/adhesive got on the surface of the tile. I have tried everything I can think of to clean it off - including Goof Off and Goo Gone.

Does any one know of a way to clean the stuff off the tile?

unfortunately the tile is not a smooth tile so razor blade is not an option. the blobs of mastic are not real thick - almost like a smear or spot.

If you can't get it up with a blade you can buy mastic remover at any home improvement store (Home Depot, Lowes, etc..) and many hardware stores.

I'd soften it right up with some hot water, and then have a go at carefully scraping it off with a tiny blade of some description. A watchmaker's screwdriver, perhaps?
