Anger.

When i heard this riddle it went....
"Whats more powerful than God, More evil than the devil, The rich need it, the poor have it, and if you eat it you'll die." People put a lot of thought into this one and when they come up with nothing there right it's kinda funny that way.

And BTW hey guys this is my first post hope to get to know you guys better in the future!

Hey, Andrew. The answer to that rather ridiculous riddle is:

A cabbage tied to an airplane Razz

Did you answer about the dead man in a cabin on a mountainside?
Was it the cabin of an airplane that crashed?

Letty-I was going to guess an Unidentified Flying Olive.

What else hasn't been answered?

Oh, my Gawd, equus. UFO? Love it. Laughing

I think the man must have crashed into the cabin in an airplane. Don't think skis would have put him through the wall. Smile

As for the "hanging man", he stood on a huge block of ice...duh. screwed that one up.

Billy or Andrew can explain the others..

<groan>

Here's one for you.

A man leaves home and begins to jog. He jogs for a while, takes a left turn, jogs some more, takes another left, jogs on, takes a left turn and, thus returns home where he finds a man wearing a mask waiting for him.

What's going on?

Very Happy Andrew, I know the answer to this one, but I ain't gonna give it, cause I cheated. Take points away from me, then. I would never have gotten it otherwise, and the clue was a bit to the SW of me. Razz

I'm just curious as to how you cheated, Letty. Is there an answer site for weird riddles?

Equus,

The who was found dead in a cabin on a mountain side, was indeed the pilot and sole occupant o a small plane.

Quote:
Joe is in the water about 20 feet from the end of the dock and is drowning.
Help! help! Pete can't swim, but there's a piece of rope about 15 feet long on the dock. How does Pete save joe?

Joe is 20 feet away from the end of the dock but inland and quite close to the dock's edge so 15 feet is more than enough.

The man is playing baseball.

thoh, welcome to A2K. My word. This thread is three years old. I guess you are correct.

I do wonder where Billy Falcon has gone. He's the one who posed the question about the airplanes who returned from a bombing mission with huge holes in the tail sections, while others did not return at all. This gave the military psychologists something to ponder, and they finally came up with a solution that worked. The problem lay in the construction of the planes, and what to do with the particular design as far as reinforcement.

thanks for the welcome, Letty.

and i heard of that airplane puzzle somewhere. they reinforced the areas where there were NO bullet holes as those planes went down from the bullets. the planes w/ bullet holes made it back ok so those areas didn't have to be reinforced. i hope that makes sense
