I read that the former CEO of Mortgage Lenders Network USA Inc. is being threatened with criminal prosecution for MLN's failure to pay certain employees. MLN is operating under Chapter 11.
Are corporate officers liable for corporate obligations?
You'll get a complete and reliable answer when a lawyer shows up here, and there are plenty at this site. However, i would point out to you that you have said the individual in question will be charged with a criminal offense, which is not at all the same as being named in a civil case to recover damages.
