Hey there everyone!

I'm a student attending the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. I'm doing a study on what people know of "krump dancing"

I've posting my question on here to see what you people out their think and know of this dance.

But my question is "What is Krump and how has it affected the communities, states and the world?"

Personally, I don't think it has any real impact on communities, states or the world. It's a dance craze like the ChaCha or the Twist. It has no political statement that I know of and I recently saw some young kids doing it at a Bar Mitzvah - a sure sign that it's lost it's original ghetto coolness.

I don't think many people came into contact with it, before it was performed on "So You think You Can Dance", so it might not have affected the world at all.

But IMO, I think it's a very energetic and fun style to watch.
