I've never seen anything like it. I did some quick searching and found out it's made by a Canadian company called Can-Am and that is has its own MySpace page. With gas prices still so high, I can imagine a future with people driving these roadsters all over the place! What do you think? Anyone seen one?
I recall that 3 wheeled ATVs were banned for stability problems. Don't know if this is going to fly or not.

Interesting toy but I don't know if it is very practical for much. There is a 2,700 cu in storage box in the front with a load capacity is a whopping 30 lbs. I guess you could shove a jacket in there or store an extra helmet.
Haven't found any specs that list gas mileage on it yet.
Can-am is a part of Bombadier Corp. btw!

looks cool, but in winter it would get mighty cold.

Ah! Apparently the Can-am Spyder runs $15K and gets right at 30 MPG.
Piaggio also has their 3-wheeler:
That runs for $6K and gets 60 MPG. Not as nifty looking though.

Yeah the difference between this and an older 3-wheeler is wheel placement. With two wheels up front and one in the back (the reverse of a traditional 3-wheeler), the stability is actually very good! This safer design and new look is precisely what drew me to this roadster! I kind of like it.
