I don't know of any online source.
Does your timer plate look something like this?
Push all of the day pins in and lift up 2 or 4 of the same day. (example: both TU and both SA)
Set your regeneration time by loosening the center screw and rotating the black disk the the time you wish.
To set the time of day lift the yellow disk and rotate it to the correct time.
The regeneration plates (not pictured) located under the large knob on the right should be fine, but they can be adjusted if needed.
