Which do you prefer? I have to go with fudgsicles, although that is mostly because my lactose-intolerant stomach can't eat the damn things anymore. It makes me want them that much more!!!
Of course, there are other products that were spun off from the popsicle (creamsicles, freeze pops, etc), but I don't believe they should count. Only the fudgsicle ever lived up to the hype.
Popsicles are cool though. Did you know that popsicles were invented by an eleven-year-old boy in 1905? Just a little popsicle trivia for you. I wonder if he became rich because of that, or if some greedy adult screwed him out of his rightful compensation.
Before my metabolism retired I sucked my share of creamsicles, fudgsicles don't taste like real chocolate to me.
I picked fudgsicles though I believe root beer popsicles give them a run for their money...
I went with Fudgesicles and then began to reminisce about my past. At some point we discovered that fruit punch could indeed be frozen, as was also the case with Kool-Aid. The solution was clear. Fill up a small cup with the liquid of choice and place it in the freezer, after a half hour go to freezer and insert wooden stick (either from those Good Humor toasted almond ice creams you ate every day for a month or somewhere else...not the most sanitary I suppose; but, we were kids so it didn't matter), a few hours later we had home made popsicles.
Tried it once with coffee...it was weird.
Yummy yummy popsicles. Especially orange popsicles.
Have you tried those new Lifesaver brand popsicles? They are the best!
Note: Otterpops suck.
Fudgesicles have a wonderfully weird texture.
(If you did an A2K search on Lifesaver popsicles, you'd probably see my name in there a little too often
- they're the best popsicle)
I can't believe creamsicles are so popular in the poll. I hated those things!
I don't think I've ever had a push-up, although I remember hearing something about them in a Van Halen song. Can anyone name the song I'm talking about? Bonus points if you can!

You're thinking about Ice Cream Man on their 1978 album Van Halen.

Excellent! You win the prize. A big wet kiss from Bi-Polar Bear!!!
And one other thing...it was originally recorded by a guy named John Brim in the 1950's he re-released it in the 90s on an album called The Ice Cream Man. Brim, by the way, was a Blueser.

Bippy will be none to pleased to hear this...
Fudgesicles are the clear winner.
I never liked creamsicles as a kid, but tried them again and found them ok as a big grown up.
You know, that Sozbe Tsnami (sp?) tastes like creamsicles, it's good.
Good Humour, I like their Strawberry Shortcake thing.
osso...root beer popsicles?
Do you make them or buy them? never seen 'em.
You buy them... but I haven't seen them in the stores often. I don't buy
I see the Dad's rootbeer float popsicles in the store that would probably be the same as Kroger in the south.

Hmmm...hadn't thought about that one. That makes me feel better.
(that and the fact that Fudgesicles are leading in votes)
Sturgis this is merely kicky's fantasy that if we spent some of that kind of quality time together he could snack on my fudgesicle after......nasty bastard....
I ate so many popsicles, as a kid, that I had a nickname with it in it -- sorta like Peppermint Patty in the Charlie Brown comics. Orange, lime, grape, chocolate were my favourites. I'm sure that I would loved root beer if I'd had it.
But banana sucked.
