i have an aq2 water system from rainsoft. it worked for the last 12yrs but now it does not do anything but run its cycle it does not do anything to the water or use the salt or water in the salt bin how do i fix it my well water really stinks and my daughter has exema really bad and it helps her skin when it works

If is running though it's cycles and the board looks normal you may have a sheared pin.
This can be fixed and I suggest fresh O rings and brine/drain tabs.
