Good old cartoons

I have fond memories of a few cartoons i saw as a child.
One Im asking about was set in an old fashioned chemist, there was bottles of poison and and skeletons, rain and lightening etc.
It was amazingly drawn with superb colours.
Im sure it was made by one of the classic cartoon animaters, but ive no idea who.Ive had a google but not found anything.
If anybody can recall seeing it and know its name or who made it I would be grateful.
