The key is the training.

edgar, This applies to most dogs. Good training requires good and knowledgeable owners.

Meeses, on the other hand, should be left alone. They are BIG and wild.

@edgarblythe,
I can just picture myself skiing away from a moose: I never got very good at it, had friends who were terrific skiers. Never tried a snowboard (did they have then back then?). I've long considered moose likeable, never met one personally.

@ossobucotemp,
I haven't spent substantial time in snow. Likely I would experience the agony of defeat if I tried skiing.

@edgarblythe,
I do not mind German Shepherds in the hands of police. The dogs are well trained, but in the hands of a amateur dog owner....no thank you.

@ossobucotemp,
Snow or no snow - being hunted by a moose is no fun. They are kind of big.
It is nicer when they just walk across your property

The Texas Bluebonnet Rattler (crotalus adamanteus lupinus texensisis) is a unique species of rattlesnake found only in The Lone Star State. Believed by herpetologists to be a laboratory hybrid of a western diamondback and a chameleon, this rare reptile is typically seen from the first day of Spring until around April 2nd.

I watched the video and melted into a pile of goo on my living room floor. I hope you're satisfied.

(Thanks, kid.)
