The tiger mother and cub got me to thinking about instinct--maternal instinct. That little baby is being carried gently in a mouth with these teeth.

In this day and age, The Guardian has taken umbrage over a photographer fixed a photo? Ansel Adams fixed many of his famous photographs. Didn't the famous Civil War photographer, Mathew Brady, fix many of his iconic images as well?

As long as he didn't cut and paste the wolf from someone else's photograph then I'm not sure what The Guardian is so huffy about.

First, I misremembered the problem with the photo. It had nothing to do with day/night.

Second, the Guardian had nothing to do with the contest, the award, or the photographer being stripped of the award other than report it.

Third, the rules of the contest state that the photo should be of wildlife. A tame wolf doesn't qualify.
