@Barry The Mod,
vonny, Thanks for retrieving the gorilla pic. I really like that one. Don't know what happened. Wonderful cat pic. Nothing like taking a snooze. The dog and cat friends are marvelous. Thanks.

Barry, You're gonna be stuck up a dog's nose? Please explain.

@ossobuco,
Sorry Osso, I've searched - and found the photo reproduced countless times on the internet, but no clue as to the photographer. Rolling Eyes

@Region Philbis,

Captured this little fella/girl yesterday. We have a lot of Rainbow Lorikeets in SA, mainly bright green with red/yellow.

The back of this little one (big one) is all grey.. The closest I could find as to what it may be other than a (cross) Smile Is a yellow Rosella but even then, they do not appear to have grey backs.

Naturally, I thought it was beautiful.

So sharing.

@FOUND SOUL,
Barry, Wondering where you're going. Don't mean to pry.

timur, Great sequence of shots! I wonder how those two got to be friends.

Reg, Plotzing but not thudding. Do you know what kind of monkey that is?

FS, Beautiful bird. Green with envy that you can step outside and see such a stunner. You're in South America? Or does SA stand for South Australia? Either way, thanks for the wonderful pic.

@Roberta,
You can see how malnourished the horses at Assateague are. They have these huge bloated bellies from eating only the nutrient poo marsh grasses. On the Virginia side, the horses aren't allowed free roaming to Maryland and the Chincoteague Fire Company cares for their flock by hauling in high quality alfalfa and orchard grass.

@vonny,
My photo changed! I posted a picture of a squirrel and saw it - then when I returned later, it had changed to one of a bunch of people! How? Anyway, here's my squirrel -from a different source - hope this one doesn't morph into something else!
