@hingehead,
Dat's one cute reptile, HH. Thanks. I think that goat is just a tad hyper.

@hingehead,
Thai Navy sailors carry a 15-year-old Hawksbill turtle into the sea at the Sea Turtle Conservation Center of the Royal Thai Navy, in Sattahip, Chonburi province, east of Bangkok August 1, 2012. About 980 endangered green and Hawksbill sea turtles were released.

@cicerone imposter,
c.i., Great pic. Thanks. I think you posted it a few days ago. No problem with a rerun of a gawgeous animal.

@msolga,
Wonderful pic, olga. The coloring of the rock is beautiful, and the mink is a cutie.

This photograph is BEGGING for a caption!

Oh and Roberta, that owl is absolutely STUNNING! And he's so kind as to shield his captured prey from our sensitive eyes with a clod of snow. Now that's thoughtful! Razz

@tsarstepan,
HH, Love to see dem giraffes on the move. It's amazing to me that they exist let alone can move with such grace and speed. The mouse lemur is beautiful. Thanks mucho for both pics.

tsar, Those are lion cubs. They look kinda grown up to me. Can't come up with an appropriate caption, but I suspect that if lions were inclined to eye-rolling, the lion on the left would be rolling. Unlike eagles, which are only too willing to dangle any prey animal in full sight as they fly, owls are more sensitive to photographers and always try to be discreet. Thanks for the cuteness warning. Some people just dump cuteness upon me and don't give a damn if I thud. You're a very thoughtful guy. The pic is great, and the monkey has won my heart.

Speaking of cute, baby red pandas:
