@Strauss,
JTT, I just finished staring at a bunch of lionesses--photos, that is. Their legs are shorter. But the distinction isn't great.

Strauss, Welcome to the beautiful animals thread. Aside from the article you linked, there isn't much on the Web about spotless cheetahs. Trust me, I looked.

roger, You took the thought right out of my head. Where is heeven?

I read up on cheetahs. I did some cheetah googling. I'm beginning to think that the unspotted cheetah is a hoax. When you google "unspotted cheetah," the only links you get are to the one here.

What do you guys think?

@Roberta,
I once googled 'gizzerblinker' and every post led me to my own entries. It is not a hoax.

@snood,
Barry, I knew guide horses existed. I appreciate the info in the link. Thanks mucho.

snood, I love dem seadragons/horses. They are amazing in their variety. Beautiful clown fish. Interesting animals with their symbiotic relationship with sea anemones. Thanks.

OK, guys. Don't pretend you didn't know this was coming:

@Roberta,
Roberta, lovely little pheasant and peacock.

And Snood, that's a sad little clown fish who looks like he's crying on the outside.

Look at that mane. You could sure easily ride that beauty without tack.

@JTT,
Strauss, Wonderful shot. I'd forgotten that peahens have that little "hat." Thanks.

osso, I like the little guy buried in feathers up to his head. Thanks, kid.

JTT, You don't think that's a weave? You're right. You probably wouldn't need tack. But I would need a ladder.
