Gus querido, Did I tell you I'm glad you're back? Yes, I did. Saying it again. Glad you're back.

Now don't be picking on littlek's dead dog.

Osso, Maybe my earlier post of the puli wasn't what you had in mind. The komondor is from Hungary.

Frigate birds: http://www.cookislands.org.uk/image/Great%20frigate%20bird.jpg

PS A Poodle can also be shown in the corded style (like a Puli or a Komondor), but we're used to seeing them in continental or English saddle cuts, or a puppy cut if the dog is I think less than 2 years old.

Thanks for the frigate birds, Jes. They appear to be having some kind of domestic dispute. Maybe you should move the photo to the relationships and marriage forum.

I found an unattended computer today that was on-line. Yeah! Now when I have nothing to do at work, I can get on the net.
So, while at this computer, I found a link in their favorites to the National Zoo and the animal cams!
I'm bringing all this up cause I watched the Pandas for a good long time and the nekkid mole rats. The other animals seemed to be asleep.
Then I come here and find a Panda. So there you go.

osso, Underneath that mop is one superior canine. Love the look. And if I had a backyard, I wouldn't mind if that kingfisher wanted to take up residence. In fact, all boids would be welcome.

caribou, Many years ago I attended membership night of what was then the NY Zoological Society at Lincoln Center. We were shown a film of the vagaries of creating an exhibit for naked mole rats, which can and do eat through almost anything. It was a charming film and left me with a soft spot in my heart for these little animals. They are "unconventionally" attractive. And their design is perfect for the lives they lead. Thanks for finding and sharing the photo.
