Crazielady, Love that camel. Making a face. Smiling (me, not the camel). Thanks for sharing, and don't worry about great pictures. Good is fine.

dj, These B&O pics are too much. Wonderful and cute. Otters are more interesting (to me) than bunnies. But in the cute department, the bunnies reign (or as one of my authors would say, rein; another would say rain).

osso, Dem axolotls are fasinating little guys. Thanks for the link and the info.

hamburgboy, Can't say I'm keen on seeing a kid with a frog in his mouth. On the other hand, that possum is a winner. Major fabulous. Somebody should get that guy some glasses. I know a doozy when I see one. Love the pair of skunks. I think skunks are cute. Too bad they have the ability to stink things up. The polar bear cubs are definitely thudworthy. Don't worry. Not gonna faint. The adult polar bear is doing what polar bears to do survive. Killing and eating. I have no illusions. There's blood when that kind of thing happens. Arella Mae, I don't faint at the sight of blood. Just overcuteness.

firefly, The ostriches are glorious. Like the babies. Like the father. Like the family. Like the mother. Love the closeup of the face. Thanks mucho.

littlek, That is a truly wonderful photo of an owl. Mercy bow coo.

@Irishk,
I think that photographer is missing the best shot. It's great someone else got it.

Tzvika, an injured female turtle, walks with the aid of her new wheels at the Wildlife Hospital in the Ramat Gan Safari near Tel Aviv. About two months ago, Tzvika was run over by a lawn mower and suffered severe damage to her shell and a spinal injury that affected her ability to use her rear limbs. The wheels, attached by veterinarians at the safari park, elevate the turtle to keep the shell from being worn down and enable her to walk.

@hingehead,
http://www.thegreatsmokymountains.org/blog/wp-content/uploads/sr-possum.jpg

I saw a possum today walking continuously in small circles, 3-4 foot diameter. It was just below freezing, about 30 degrees; high humidity, it did lightly snow and it is in a short, mossy drainage area. Trees are abundant, the area is below two peach, an apricot, muscadine (possum) grapes and multiple blackjack oaks. I don't know the sex. Does anyone know what this behavior might indicates?

The picture is not at my house because we are in dead winter.

@Rockhead,
hey dude, I'm not into kinky - you do your own sexing, okay. I think you can get 5-10 in this state for those kinda acts!

@Roberta,
The kingfishers? Is that a rental or condo pied de terre apartment they're living in? Great blue coloring! Thanks for the photo Roberta.

@tsarstepan,
Irish, Re the meerkat, I think that part of the skill or art of photography is pointing your camera at the right place at the right time. Whoever was with this photographer wins the prize. Great shot. Glad to see that the turtle got some human help. The wheels are ingenious. The monkeys are wonderful. Great faces.

Arella Mae, What a wonderful, fun photo. Thanks, kid.

firefly, Those are amazing pictures. We all know that you shouldn't keep chimps for pets. They get big and strong and DANGEROUS. That chimp is in for a surprise with that cute pussycat. Those photos make me smile. Thanks.

Sorry, Bill. I don't know enough about possum behavior to know what's going on. Cute possum. Great face. Thanks for the picture.

tsar, Glad you liked the kingfishers. Not familiar with avian rental policies. Sorry. Love the lynx. My late lamented tabby Mikey was about the size of a small lynx. The lynx is a beauty. Thanks for sharing.
