@Barry The Mod,
An elephant on two legs of its own volition. Never saw that. I guess the top leaves are worth the effort. And I'm happy to meet the beautiful Fred. Love dem orange tabbies.

There's never a giraffe around when you need one!

I had no idea that an elephant could stand up like that. I was truly shocked that they are capable of it. I am so glad someone was there to take the picture.

Beautiful AND intelligent!

If I remember correctly, someone on this thread is really enamored by otters? I thought you'd like this:

Hmmm, I guess you will have to scroll through the clips to find the begging otters. It is really precious.

Arella Mae, Olga is the otter fan. I watched the video for a while. No otters. Thanks, though.

@tsarstepan,
Oops, missed the crow. Yep, tsar. Crows are very very smart. Not surprised they've been found to use tools. I would be surprised if they're the only birds to do this.

Remembering back to the olden days when humans were considered the only toolmakers. In fact, it was how we were defined--until Jane Goodall observed chimps adapting twigs to use them as tools. Not just picking them up, but changing them to use them. Making tools.

You have to scroll across the videos to the Joyous Begging Otters one. I don't know why but the address doesn't change for each video.

@Arella Mae,
I'm guessing it's a fruit bat (aka flying fox). The cuties of the bat world. Just from the size and the shape of the head.

Here's a spectacled flying fox:
