I'm with Arella Mae on this one. Too cute.

Considering how adorable adult red pandas are, I thought I'd investigate babies. Not bad in the cute department:

@tsarstepan,
Wonderful pic. Truly. Glad the boid found a way to cool off.

Cape Cod is cold and rainy. But, it's fun for taking photos....

Land Snail are out and about and I kept stepping on them by accident.

I don't quit understand why these water birds (cormorant and gull) got out of the water to stand in the rain - any ideas?

Sometimes you like a shower, sometimes you like a bath. Maybe they were just in the mood for a shower that day.

@Thomas,
My theory is that it is easier to NOT get blown around on land than in the water. But, I don't really believe that.

wonderl pics, littlek. Thanks. And I have no idea why birds would get out of the water to get rained on.

At first glance, it looks like a blue ivy of some sort. What a beautiful scene!

@Roberta,
I didn't think these type of brilliant blue butterflies were real when I first saw them in several dream sequences in Satoshi Kon's animated film Paprika.

Thanks for proving me wrong Roberta. Very Happy

Wow, that blue! And adorable other critters.

I went back to the snail area and caught a frog (on camera). Don't know the species.

Arella, Pandas are almost too cute. Baby pandas are illegally cute.

tsar, I'm putting the baby hippo in the illegally cute category as well.

littlek, The frog--not illegally cute. But looking very mellow. Not the usual look for frogs.

Thank you all.

You're right. He was at the edge of a boardwalk and let me get a few inches away from him. Apparently, this common green frog is known for being brazen.
