I'm sure I've posted this before, but one of the most beautiful moths in the world lives right here in New Hampshire. The Luna Moth:

@rosborne979,
Oh, man, that moth is gorgeous.

The couturiers should be riffing off of this beauty.

Congrats, dj. You finally got the bunny. Love to see it on all that greenery.

Francis, Weaver birds are amazing. Thanks for the close-up. I found a pic of these birds working on their nests.

@Roberta,
Our Izzie is the one who ought to be in pictures. Weren't they adorable, Roberta?

Another weaver of the European ilk.

@Letty,
Beyond cute. That seal just makes me beam.

Thanks for the creepie crawlie, Letty. I know it's a spider, but what kinda arachnid is it?

@Roberta,
I have no idea, Robert. I actually went looking for a garden spider in a cob web and found that one. I do recall the Greek myth about Athena changing Arachae(sp) into one.

A baby pink elephant?

@Letty,
What have you been drinking, Letty? Pink elephants. Guess I've had some too. I see a pink baby pachyderm.

Great picture. Thanks.

Here is what some consider an animal with his sire. Let us all hope other such "animals" don't become extinct. Would it not be nice if all looked up to this, so called animal, like his father did. http://i965.photobucket.com/albums/ae139/Will1948iam/DADANDi.jpg

They're feisty.

This is one who became vexed with an overly enthusiastic camera operator.

Personally, I'd turn the music down, it's vacuous at best:
