cjhsa, Nice coat. People have been wearing fur for as long as they've been obtaining fur. I could be wrong, but I believe that you wanted to upset me my posting it here. This little thread is one of the few places of peace and joy in my life, which is overwhelmed with stress, fear, and anxiety at the moment. I come here to relax, and I take pleasure in looking for and looking at the photos. I'm asking you nicely not to take it away from me. Please.

caribou, Thanks for the lovely swans. They do have a temper, though, don't they?

region, Will I adjust to your multicellularity? Sure, I will. Thanks for the dragon. They are prehistoric looking, especially the big ones.

rosborne, Thanks for reposting the peacock. Positively spectacular. I have a painting on my living room wall of two white peacocks sitting on a gravevine.

Thanks, C.I. I especially like the turtle.

Here's a good-looking guy:

Roberta, If there is any picture that I posted that you would like to have a hard copy of, let me know, and I'll send you a 11X14 or 8.5X11. This is just a "thnk you" for starting this wonderful thread.

Wow, you guys have been busy.

Littlek, That anemone is amazing. The sea holds such riches. The fox is wonderful too. I saw a tv show the other night about wild foxes in England. They're doing very well there. People leave food out for them. The green snake was posing, right. Knew he was gonna get his picture taken.

C.I., Thank you for your kind offer. I'm glad you like the thread. I'll look back and see if there's a photo I want. Of course, looking back these days is easier said than done. This site is making me nuts.

Caribou, glad you like the thread.

Rosborne, I don't know how you find what you find. You must have some special Internet inside info. The cuttlefish are breathtaking. And the octopi are really beautiful. I know there deadly, but they sure look good.

My contribution tonight is a dingo.

Roberta, When you find that picture, let me know which page it's on with a description, and send me an eMail with your mailing address. You can choose between a 11X14 or 8.5X11.

Yeh, it looks almost 'neon', but I don't think the octopus is luminous at night, so it must be just reflected light.

The only luminous cephalopods I know of are Firefly Squid in Japan.
