@alex240101,
Smile

I'm rather taken with it's wobbly gangliness. So innocent & vulnerable.

That's one teeny weeny teeny tiny toad. Smaller than the bugs. Wonderful pics, Izzie. And they were all sufficiently different.

While we're on the subject of small, how about a baby hummingbird:

msolga, I have no idea whether the chipmunk is from a shelter. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Izzie, I forgot to mention the hedgehog, which I liked a lot.

Adios, little taco bell.

Gidget dies at fifteen.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v358/fathervalhalla/TacoBellDog.jpg

I recall Alice playing croquet using a flamingo as a mallet and the hedgehog as the ball.

That little baby hummingbird made me recall a fledgling that I saw on my lawn trying to flap its little wings and fly. I went out to look at it, and it looked back unafraid. I don't know what happened to the little thing, but I think mamma was in my hibiscus bush just watching. Tiny mamma; tiny infant, but I have no idea what it was. It's little wings were laced with white.

A Malaysan pangolin (manis javanica), also known as a scaly anteater, climbing a tree in Malaysia. China's insatiable demand for pangolins is threatening the survival of the vital pest eaters in south-east Asia and governments must do more to protect them, experts and activists warned this week

Letty, Sorry to hear about little Gidget. She was a cutie--with a Spanish accent. A tiny fledgling. Hope the kid made it off the ground.

olga, Pangolins are amazing-looking animals. Thanks for the pic.
