I'm not sure whether anyone posted a picture of a sloth, but here's one I took in Costa Rica earlier this month.

@Roberta,
Okay, here's the last one from my trip to the South Pacific.

Titis live in South America, from Colombia to Brazil, Peru and north Paraguay. This one was taken at San Blas Island.

Watch any one of the videos from the Pygmy Animals Playlist and just try not to enjoy yourself. Consider it a dare. I mean, after watching how could you not want a Pygmy Goat?

@djjd62,
Every office should have its own pygmy goat. I think I love the hippo the best. You just wanna kiss that lil hippo face.

Grateful--and doubly cheered that you noticed and acted.

There was a pygmy hippo at the Bronx Zoo. His name was Morton. I loved that little guy.

dj, Garter snakes up north are positively multitudinous. For the most part I think snakes are interesting; many are beautiful. I petted a boa constrictor once. It felt wonderful--cool and smooth. However, on the whole, I'd prefer to keep my distance.
