Rosborne, Is that beautiful critter a ferret?

Diane, Glad you like this thread. Yes, it's peaceful here. And as I said earlier, it a haven for me. Thanks for the mule.

Here's a Thomson's gazelle.

Osso, Thanks for the link. I haven't been too successful at watching videos with this computer. I may try again later.

Shewolf, What are those gorgeous birds? Don't think I've ever seen them before.

Primate time. Here's a common marmoset. That's the name. I'm not making a value judgment.

And slightly up the evolutionary scale, lesser apes--gibbons.

caribou, The face on the turtle is displaying some attitude. I know I'm anthorpomorphizing. But I'm an anthropomorph. I see what I see.

osso, The tufts of hair are kinda princely. But to me the face is innocence.

Our second nudibranch! The first from page 1 is below. This one's got attitude. These things are amazing-looking. I'm gonna have to find out more about them.

Littlek, Thanks for the info about the video. On closer examination, I can probably look at a video (I'd love to see Lord Ellpus's dog), but I have to figure out how first. Yes, another computer operation issue. I'll work on it.

Now nudibranch numero uno.

Pretty much. I think it's an Ermine (almost the same thing).

Still in an equine kind of mood.

Burros (donkeys) were used as pack animals during the gold rush. In Cripple Creek, CO the descendants of the original little workers are allowed to roam the streets like big puppy dogs or baby mules. They are absolutely adorable (and can be adopted).

Erm, so no one looked at my link?

And, Diane, I do like burros, have drawn them from life and done etchings, and quite naturally, the original animals were what to pay attention to... not any scrawlings.
