1 lb pinto beans (soaked over-night), 1 whole white sweet onion diced, 3 cloves garlic; bring to a boil and then simmer for 4 hours. Served with hot corn bread and pepper sauce (take one cruet and fill with dried jalapeƱo peppers then cover with vinegar and refrigerate)
