new ECM how to program, 01 Eurovan

'01 VW Eurovan MV hit on left front fender required new ECM (purchased from dealer). Body shop tech has given up and local dealer has rarely seen an EV much less worked on one. Any suggestions, tips, guesses? Thanks. I'm in Denver/Centenial area. Smile
