Thanks caribou,
I have never seen it (Dog Whisperer). It looks like it would be good. My sister is like that with dogs. It is kind of amazing when people have that ability.

That's a rare photo. Nee wasn't much for cuddling with the doggy.

Caribou, my cat that's no longer living, was a BIG doggy cuddler but I'd have to scan a photo, it was so long ago, there's none handy on the computer. She would kneed the dog endlessly....

I will have to see if we get the Dog Whisperer in my area. Sorry about Nee.
Nee looks like a Siamese. They are my favorites.

My problem with that is it teaches the dog never to bark and there are times you want your dog to bark (strangers on the property etc.).

Our dog has a shock collar. We were instructed to only put it on her when we didn't want her to bark. She never wears it all the time. Kind of defeats the purpose of her being our little watch dog.

You did it right then. I have seen people leave it on all the time. Then it does defeat the purpose. Some people never cease to amaze me.

Her real name is Nietzsche. But the cat is a little "special" and Neenee fits her better.

Hi, Cowgirl!

Really, I'm leaving....
