Try calling your local Domestic Relations office to see how long it takes you to get through. Lies, Deceit, Fraud, Theft ,Collusion of childeren is an ongoing process that has stemed for over 37 years that I can remeber.
thats since I was 5 years of age. County court systems across our land
have become a sham to manhood, not to mention childhood ands the havoc crapy laws have made it. After having tak
lked to 15 different people I kept getting the same answer and that was to forget getting custody of your child!! They were all right, the court systems are just draging the fathers right's through the mud of thier unproffesionalism, Skunks. Twisted Evil

Yeah My daughter is coming hopme with an F in English because she is living where the judge let her choose. Grandmoms, Now how the hell can I raise my Daughter when I can't keep track of her acting like a missfit.
Grandmom is not much help cause she is not letting me know anything either. and the lawyers and the judges just keep getting richer and richer off of others missery that they have Allowed. Snakes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I guess asking them to pull thier heads out of thier a$$ would be asking to much. Maybe if they did they could see whats actually going on around them. Naw I must be having another dream!! Laughing

I get part of the picture of what you are saying and maybe ( I only say that because I do not know the whole story) some has merit. If you angry at our system and how it works, can you think of a way to change it?

A Family Court Revamping would not be a bad start. and this starts with the College Institutions right on down to the very last Parrish in the southern states, and everywhere else in this country. Laughing

Red..your dealing with a system that is prone to a lot of imperfections....and trying to make sense of it is like bumming your head against a wall.... so unless you plan on making yourself crazy trying to deal with it...your in a losing game...it's a system that is out of date and not on the fathers side...and anyone who has had children know this...did you also know that if your not the bio father of a child but take responsibility of that child...the same laws apply? you have to pay child support for said child..and get to go through hell as well...the laws that were originally placed to protect a child can also destroy a child....the only thing you can do is love her and protect her as much as you allowed...sorry to hear your in this mess

The original basis for the system of law in our country has been lost in the shuffle, and changed to benefit individuals rather than the citizens of this country.

That's a high demand to fill. First we have laws that the judges have to abide by (interpret). We have attorneys, some are good and some are not, some care and some do not.
Unfortunately for some, an attorney is needed because they are schooled in the law. A person than has to have one to go before the judge. Attorneys cost a lot of money.
I don't know the whole situation of what you speak of, but I do know you should not give up in what you think is right. There is someone out there who is and willing to help if they can.
