I don't believe you can compare reading someone's heart
(knowing everything inside of that person such as thoughts,
convictions, etc.) with knowing if someone loves you. If you
want to look at it that way, OK, no, you may not truly know
if someone loves you, because they can do a good job of faking
it, hence my reference to hypocrites. However when it comes
down to the nitty gritty, like life and death situations, you can
be more sure of a person's heart in faith as well as in love.

True and False. No one truly knows who is saved. But yet, every Christian that you meet will tell you that they are saved and going to heaven. It is false that you state, "no one can truly know another person's heart." If that is the case then you are not able to know when someone loves or hates you?
I believe that every person has a pretty good idea about his or her
own heart. It's making claims about others that's not possible.
But granted, there ARE some people who are fooling themselves in
believing they are saved too.
