In MicrosoftWord there is a feature to enable you to compare two versions of a document and find where the differences are.

Is there a way to do that or anything similar in MicrosoftExcel?

I believe you want Araxis Merge, which is I think shareware. http://www.araxis.com/merge/Download.html
