I would have thought that the corners would be reversed..Franken in red because he's a commie america hating bastard, and O'Reilly in the yellow corner because he's a pissy little boy..... :wink:

This week's PETTY PITTY POT AWARD goes to FOX News Channel for their churlish, publicity groveling attempt to sue Franken and the publisher. Their attorneys knew full well that you can't copyright or register as a trademark any common English language phrase. It would have to be in context with FOX's actual logo, which actually could also be thrown out as violating Franken's freedom of speech. I was involved with a lawsuit involving some pop art that included the Hard Rock Cafe's trademark in the image. Hard Rock lost. The book is a satire not a competition to the FOX network. They're going to try and keep this alive to get more people who want all their news editorialized because they can't think for themselves.

thought you all could use another fact. O'reilly claimed that Al spoke for 35 minutes and fox news repeats that assertion. However I saw the original spat and it seemed to me that
bill was off in his mental timer. Watched the rerun, still enjoyed it, and timed Al at 20 minutes and 7 seconds. It will be a very long time [never] before Bill or Fox corrects this spin/lie
