It sounds like a sheared pin / frozen piston.
This can be repaired.

thanks H2O_MAN Smile Smile Smile

exactly what it was... :sheared pin.
I took it apart and seen a little brass pin that was sheared. I`ll give motor and that hex shaft that goes over top of motor drive to a friend who works in machine shop to take out brass pin and make me a new pin. That brass pin is stuck inside shaft on motor side.
Q.should i have it replaced with brass pin or steel pint that is stronger?
I`m thinking if I use steel pin to secure it maybe something else can brake because this motor looks very strong.

again
Thanks a lot H2O_MAN<<<Give This Man A Raise

Cool You are welcome.

It would be best to replace the pin with another brass pin, but I have
seen others used.

The reason it sheared is because the piston is jammed in the valve.
You need to pull the piston, replace the 3 O rings, lube and re install
before you put the system back into service.

hi H2O_MAN

I took guide cap off and there is one o-ring there ,and I tried to pull valve piston out: first gently and then little harder to get to 3 bottom o-rings,but valve piston does not want to come out any suggestions?

thanks in advance Smile

Reinstall the cap and cam follower, then gently pry the piston up.
You may need a small block of wood for support.
