How Freakin' Hard Is It To Find a Case for a 17" Laptop?!?!?

No one sells them and if they do, they are the size of a small suitcase and ugly as hell.

I've tried every damn site out there, I swear.

ebags had this supercute one that should have fit...but after investigating the dimensions, found out it was 1/4 of an inch too small.

Anyone know where I can get a cute, trendy laptop bag that a 17"er will fit into?

I am tearing my hair out.

Have you tried the backpack type? What make and model are you trying to fit?

This one above, they actually had some at Wal-Mart that looked like these, in Red, Pink, Turquoise, they were cute...priced about $35.00.

Not digging the backpack. That's not very professional.

I looked on ebay, and the only ones I like are a little out of my price range...and they all seem to be 1/4 of an inch too small.

It's like my computer is being ostracized by the carrying case community.

The tote you show is probably too small. Most of those fit up to 16".

Found one! At Micro Center.

I was just passing by, saw it, squealed into the parking lot and YES! they have more than one 17" laptop case!!!!

It ain't cute 'n trendy, but its roomy, well-padded, and totally functional (icluding a nifty seperate, removable padded sleeve/envelope for just the laptop, when you don't need to lug the rest of your junk along)THIS is my choice. I've got a couple of these - I tend to beat stuff up pretty good, and these take my punishment. Around $50-$75.00
