Another question..
Hello everyone
Many of you stressed on that fact that I should eat "several meals a day" and never keep my stomach empty.
Great. But what kind of meals should I be eating ? i.e : after I finish breakfast for example...an hour later I have in mind eating something..what would it be? not another meal ofcorse. Lunch is not yet here. So what would it be? a fruit? bread? a drink ? cereal? sweets??
What kind of food should I be eating "apart from my main meals" ??
