If a rim is bent does the tire have a tendency to go flat and come off the rim?

If a rim is bent you could lose air in the tire, as the rim is not making a complete seal with the tire. Just how serious the condition is would have to do with how badly the rim is bent.

If I were you, I would have it checked out.
