what should I do with two extra rooms.

I have two roomates moving out I was wondering what I should do with their rooms. The first room is upstairs and would be suitable for a guest room but the other room is downstairs in an inclosed basement. Should I put a pool table in it, or an air hockey table. I will definatly have a bar in the room but what do you think is better. I am open to suggestions. Thanks.
