I have what appears to be a watercolor by Pierre Tal-Coat. I tried to get Royka's Auctions to accept it for auction but they weren't interested. Is this artist's works not valued (monetarily). Anyone with info would be much appreciaed.
Im sure im missing something but why is this artists ork considered good/expensive?

Thanks for the link Letty, maybe I can contact them.
Here is a picture:
And a picture of the signature;
Even if it isn't valuable, I like it. I may get it restored and just admire it at home.

It doesn't look like any of the work on the link...This is not abstract but the signature looks like Tal-Coat's. I don't know much about the artist at all though.

That painting I like. Somehow it reminds me of Maurice Utrillo. Yes, I would keep it.

I am going to find a good framer and have it framed and matted. This is the only real painting that I have from the early part of the 20th century (if authentic).

I bought it at a church yard sale. I bought this and a bunch of other frame (they didn't have pictures in those). I got there when they were packing up unsold items and I bought the whole box for about 5.00.
