I want to ask you a question about the sentenc"She let me use her dictionary".Some newspaper said it is not a correct that"let sb. do sth." os a fixed usage.Then what is wrong with the sentence?

The newspaper is incorrect. To let someone do something is a common usage in speech, and is not incorrect in writing, although it is informal.

While were here, stop using "sb." and "sth." Those are not "real" abbreviations. English-speakers will know what you mean, but will view your use with contempt, as being the common usage of children who send text messages on cell phones. If you mean somebody, write somebody. If you mean something, write something.
