Breakfast is not only the most important meal of the day, it is also the most neglected or skipped.so don't forget to have breakfast!

I usually skip meals especially breakfast, because I always wake up late in the morning so I'm always late in class... down side you'll develop the habit.

you should DEFINITELY wake up a little earlier to eat breakfast. People overlook this meal so much but it is the MOST important of the day.
