so i'm from asia. western food- i love it! so i bought a lot of cookbooks and when i get home i can't prepare it. there are some ingredients i don't know where to buy and that makes me stop from making the dish. Does anyone know recipes and easy to do, and of course delicious.

It depends on WHAT dishes you are cooking?
What ingredience are you not able to get?

There may be something you can substitute one ingredient for, that will still make a good tasting dish.

can't find my cookbook. my mom threw it away.

ok. so i remember burritos and enchilladas. how do you do those? what's the difference? and where 'can you buy jalapeno? is there a preserved jalapeno?
