broken rec rt ft axel boot and rec valve cover gasket

I was told the rec rt ft axel boot and rec valve cover gasket of my 1993 INFINITI G20 are broken. Oil is leaking and big noise when speed up. Do I have to change them and how much is it? I'm going to sell this car in 2 months. Thanks a lot! Sad
