I can tell you what I eat...... if that helps.

I eat multi-grain toast and butter or multi-grain cereal with almond milk and a big cup of black coffee. That's usually it.

Several new posters have been asking about western breakfasts. Are you all taken an english language class?

My breakfast varies every day. Sometimes I have buttered toast, or toasted bread with garlic and olive oil. Sometimes I have scrambled eggs and toast. Sometimes I have lox and cream chesse on a toasted bagel. Sometimes I have something left over from the previous evening's dinner. Sometimes I have a tuna sandwich. Sometimes I cook a hot cereal such as roasted wheat, or grits with cheese. Sometimes I don't eat until mid-day, and then have lunch. In all these cases, I usually have a cup of coffee to accompany the meal - or just a cup of coffee by itself.

Here is a link to a long a2k thread on breakfasts - there are over two thousand replies to it. Click on the link to read along..

he responds "oh, I love 'em"

waitress "I mean, how do you like them cooked?"

"Oh, cooked is even better!"

I dont even know what almond milk is...

For me, its two croissants and a latte macchiato (coffee with a lot of milk, bit of foam on top), at least most every working day.

Ya gotta have some hashbrowns...lol

And some biscuits and gravy.

Or better yet, chocolate gravy, with a big ole smudgin' of butter right smack dab in the middle of it, stir it around and sop up your biscuit with it. UMMMMMM....(that makes me hungry)

Pancakes.....hot, drippin' with butter, and sorghum on the side....

LOL, thats if I eat out, usually my breakfast consist of nothing more than a couple of pieces of toast, a bowl of cereal and a coke.

Just exactly what part of the ape is supplying that orang juice, Amigo? I ain't gonna touch it until I know. There are parts of orangutangs I wouldn't go near on a bet.

Please tell me you can really get chocolate gravy n' butter n' biscuits with all the other good stuff Amigo mentioned.
I'm dying...that sounds so beautiful.

My favorite breakfast of ALL TIME:
Grapefruit juice
Black Coffee (lots)
Homemade hashbrowns
One egg
Bacon and/or Steak
Fruit
and
A Dessert (cookie, lil pastry, or sliver of pie w/ice cream or cheese)

Those there are Sunday breakfasts ONLY or else I'd be much larger.
