Chicken and Dumplings:

1 egg
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. melted shortening
Chicken. amount is up to you.

Mix well. Roll very very thin. Cut in to small squares. Drop squares in to boiling broth. Drop pieces of chopped chicken in to boiling broth. Size of the chicken is also up to you. After 15 minutes, remove boiling pot from the burner. Let sit for a minute or two.
