a black and white photographer

I am looking for the name of a photographer who takes pictures of usually dead people and distorts the pictures. They are black and white pictures and i remember one of his pictures was one of a dog with lots of fruit coming out of his stomach kind of like a cornucopia. I just can't remember his name.
