If you want a drop or two of lemon juice, don't slice into a lemon; pierce it with a skewer and squeeze out the drops you need, then the whole lemon doesn't get dried out.
nuke it for 10 secs before you pierce it, releases the juices
Nuke it for 1 minute and it really releases the juices.
If you want lemon, just come on over and pick all you want from our lemon tree. It fruits year round.
