The answer is no, there is more to that riddle, the whole thing says that
and in the end it says CAN YOU ANSWER THIS RIDDLE? and the bottom part says that 96% of kindergardeners got it right while 4% of harvard students did.
So if you asked that to a kindergardener they would say no....

it IS water. heres why.

I turn polar bears white - They're white i believe because of the ice/snow. ice and snow are water.
I will make you cry. - Tears
I make guys have to pee - Self-explanatory
and girls comb their hair. - When they get it wet
I make celebrities look stupid - When they get drenched with water
and normal people look like celebrities. - Possibly, when they flip their hair back out of the water
I turn pancakes brown - As the batter dehydrates
and make your champagne bubble. - The carbonated water
If you squeeze me, I'll pop. - A water balloon
If you look at me, you'll pop. - when you go too deep into the ocean

no the answer is time cuz the whole kindergarden thing is just an added fact and anyway no dosnt make polar bears turn white but over time polar bears turn white

no the answer is time put time infront of all the statments and it makes scence and for the one were it makes you pop thats for people who r always on the clock and need to do stuff at certain times

or anything, just a yes no question.
If they said a child in Kindergarten can get the answer in 6 seconds, they answered Yes and took a guess, or no and didn't. The question asked if they could guess the riddle, not What is it? or What is the answer to the riddle?
The question was "Can you guess the riddle?"
Can you guess it? Yes or No?
I could guess it, but it may not be right, so I'd lean more towards YES, because I can GUESS it, but that doesn't mean I'd get it right.
