I was thinking about a bit a comedian did regarding Pudding Pops: He mentioned that on the box there was a number you could call if you had any questions, or wanted info about the product. He called them to ask if they would mind if he referred to the product as "Puddin' Pops", not "Pudding Pops". I was LMAO!

Has anyone actually called these numbers? If so, what did you say? If not, what would you like to say? Very Happy Personally, I think that Captain Highliner's Tempura Battered Fish n' Chips is neither Tempura, nor 6 portions...

Yeah, who decides on 'serving sizes'? In a restaurant I can't eat a whole entre, but give me 2 servings of fronzen dinner and sometimes I'm still hungry.

I once emailed McDonald's corporation to ask what brand of pepper jack cheese they were using in the grilled chicken sandwiches. Never got a reply other then the typical form letter thanking me for the feedback. Rolling Eyes

I called Coke once. . . they were nice and friendly. This was years and years ago.

My wife recently ordered some stuff from a friend of hers. When she was asked how she liked the products, she said "They were fine, but when I got the box it was ripped. Didn't hurt the food, but the box was all ripped up." So they sent her another order. . . .even after she told them that the food was fine. I thought that was cool.

She's also started eating something called 'priates booty'. We had the live feed this year from Big Brother 4, and one of the girls there said "Hey, if you're watching this, go to the site and tell them I'm loving thier stuff." and gave the website. So my wife emailed them, and they ended up sending us a case of their stuff for free. . . good marketing on their part, cuz now my wife buys the stuff all the time.

It's kinda like popcorn, but I think it's actually something else, like popped rice or some such. I don't remember, I don't eat the stuff. I'll have to dig up the website, unless lk knows it off the top of her head. . . I haven't been there. And they flavor it, it's not like a rice cake or something.

Booty is like cheese poofs but it's made of corn (I think corn) instead. It's like they pulverize the corn, make it into a whipped paste and squeeze it out of a cake decorating sleeve. I think they are then baked. There are different varieties: veggie booty, pirate's booty and ones with caramel and cheese flavors.

Well....I haven't had any Captain Highliner product since I started this thread. Today, I bought the English-Style Chips 'n Fish, as it is labelled, and noticed that there are now only 5 pieces of fish, no portion size on the box, and it is more expensive. I may call them later, and report back. Hee hee...I am wondering what they have to say about this. Also, I swear they were once using cod, now it is pollack, a much cheaper fish.
