I came across the link to A2K on the Abuzz. It happened exactly when I was strongly disappointed with the latter and was searching for alternative.

and a good day's work it was - it's interesting and fun and really well designed and moderated. I was lucky not to be involved in any of the other sites that don't sound a patch on it - I'm a newbie to all this
some of the stuff is really useful - like the computer advice .. and then again it's good to help people when I know stuff....
