Speaking of gun cabinets I have quite a collection of guns. I keep mine loaded and at the ready for anybody who thinks they can screw with me.
I'm grateful that the police are here to protect us. As a matter of fact, I have three very good friends who are policemen (one is a member of another board I post on) who, on several occasions has run car license tags of people who have misrepresented themselves to me and whom I believe are mentally unstable. At least if anything should happen to either me or my property, I have their name and address for the police to follow up on.

Doglover, I have a few (have to take inventory once in a while or I forget what I have, lol) that I take out to the range once in a while. I too am grateful to and for the police. I'm glad they do their job as well as they do, it's one I wouldn't want (same goes for firemen, my hat's off to all those guys). Used to belong to a couple of gun clubs with ranges, but gave up my memberships when I moved out of the area.
Almost made Expert 4 years ago when I was shooting high power rifle. Tough plateau to make, shooting over 90% of the possible score.
Um, I think you shoot fish in a barrel. Not sure why you'd want to though...
Um, no you shoot people who's intentions are to hurt or kill you. There is never a need to shoot fish as they are Gods harmless little creations.
