There are some writers sites that exclusively offer writers cameradery, critiques, editing help, lots of advice. The site I PMed also publishes the best work in anthologies. When I was an active member, they put several of my offerings in some very handsome books that are available on Amazon.com. An aspiring writer often needs all the help they can get, and I don't see what's wrong with being on more than just one site.
