Hi, I don't want to appear ignorant when i visit friends for a meal, and i know the talk is going to be about seafood, so can you please answer this for me.
What is the french term which denotes a method of cooking shellfish, using white wine, and can be also applied to a dish that is garnished with mussels.
Thanks for any help you can give me
